Free and private, no lawyer needed

Wronged by a company? You're rarely the only one.

Find the claim for what a company did to you and join it with your email address. Nobody has started it yet? Start it yourself. You don't need a lawyer.

How it works

Your claim, in three steps.

  1. 01

    Find or start a claim

Search by company or by what happened. If nobody has started your claim yet, start it yourself: a person at Clemant reads it before anyone else sees it.

  2. 02

    Join with your email address

Say it happened to you too and leave your email address. Open the link we send, and you are counted. No questions first, and you can leave at any time.

  3. 03

Add what happened, when you're ready

Answer the claim's questions and add your documents on your own page. Nobody outside Clemant sees them without your yes.

What we promise

Free, private, and never a law firm.

  1. 01

    Free

You never pay Clemant. Not to join a claim, not to start one, not later.

  2. 02

    Private

A claim shows how many people joined, never who. What you tell us goes to the law firm or foundation acting for your group only when you agree, and you can take that back at any time.

  3. 03

    Not a law firm

We listen, check and count. We never weigh up your claim or tell you what to do, and we never promise money, an outcome or a date.

Questions

What happens when you join.

Does it cost me anything?

No. Joining a claim is free, and so is starting one. You never pay Clemant.

Do I need a lawyer?

No. You don't need a lawyer to join. When a claim goes forward, a law firm or foundation acts for the whole group.

Can I start a claim myself?

Yes. Name the company and say what happened. A person at Clemant reads it before anyone else sees it, and you are the first person counted. A claim names a company, never a person.

Who sees my story?

Clemant does. A claim shows how many people joined, never who. Your story goes to the law firm or foundation acting for your group only when you say yes to them, and you can take it back at any time.

What if I'm not in the group?

It isn't a mistake on your part: it only means this claim doesn't cover what happened to you.

Will I get money?

We can't promise money, an outcome or a date, and nobody honest can. We tell you what happens next and who does it.
